If you must have fancy calipers you can paint the caliper with high temp spray paint, use masking technique and two or more layers of paint to "write in" whatever you want. Best done with the calipers off the car.

At least the S5 still has two nice LEDs in the trunk.

Default Brake Sticker

My 2018 s5 coupe has a sticker on front red calipers. What does a grocery hook look like?

Looks like a different caliper, so they switched calipers but it was probably because the calipers they had on there were no longer available, not a cost savings. You are aware that Audi doesnt actually make these parts right?

So the reason they removed one grocery hook and one trunk light at the same time was because those were "no longer available" as well?

The cheapest thing to do with a production item in general is to not change it - unless supply chain changes (external) dictate a change.

I dont know about the grocery hook and trunk light, but it could be as simple as the supplier messed up the production of the trunk liner and lost a cutout for the light or spot for the hook.

To think that Audi actively changes tiny little design elements of the car that cost tens of dollars or less to them to "save money" is absolutely absurd.

It's more likely they removed it because it kept falling off or something.

A user on Audizine drilled his caliper to add the plates.
