Some car washes are better than others - good ones keep the water running over the brushes to rinse down any grit. I wait a few days after snow and ice before I go to the car wash. Sometimes full serve car wash is the only option due to local restrictions or personal physical limitations.

You are a regular MacGyver, nice idea. Do you have a Amazon link to the sprinkler head? Thank you.

The one I used my wife had forever. Not sure when she’s going to miss it. Try “plant shower wand”. You’ll find several to choose from.

the problem is that these plant shower wands on amazon does not specify the outlet size to be 3/4” with garden hose thread. I will keep looking, thanks.

Home depot or any similar place will carry the wand in their garden section. The heads are generally screwed on, buy the cheapest wand with replaceable head. For convenience you may want to add an in-line shut off between the hose and the wand.
