Default S5 SB at the dealership for repairs

Backed out of my driveway yesterday and the homelink/garage door opener wouldn't close the door. Got out of car and the driver window went down halfway. Rolled the window up opened the door again and same thing. Also noticed auto up and down stopped working.

Took it to the dealer and haven't heard back yet. Got the car 2 1/2 weeks ago and already have issues. At least they gave me a 2018 Q5 as a loner.

Keep us updated; sounds completely electrical at least. Once they find it, hoping an easy fix.

Dealership service just called. The window issue was just the "pinch detector" was set too sensitive. The homelink/garage door opener tested out fine so I'll reprogram it when I get home and see if it hick-ups again.

You might want to go to HomeLink before pairing it again. Homelink will give you specific instructions based on your garage door make/model to program the car to the garage.

I had my homelink lose its brains after I signed up for Audi Connect trial. Had to reprogram it and it's been fine for over a week now.
