I have a 2018 S5 Cab and I bought the Kufatec dongle for traffic sign recognition. I cant get it to work. Has anyone a car like mine where you were able to get it to work?

All doors windows bonnet boot shut press ignition button but don’t start engine then plug dongle in you’ll get red led when it goes green your done, just ignore various warning messages that throw up.

The fact your car is a Cabriolet shouldn't make any difference.
It worked in my 2018 S5.

Did you buy someone's used unit, or a brand new one?

I hear it only works on one VIN.

It's new - not a resale. I have a car right off the boat. I wonder if I have a new rev of the software that does not work with Kufatec.

I did reach out to support and Kufatec asked if I could give them a VIN number of a car that is a 2018 S5 that this works with and they said they would try to debug this. Can anyone please share a VIN with me where this works for a 2018 S5 Cab or Coupe?

I have the 2018 S5 Cab Prestige with no DAP.

Until this is fixed, this product may not work with any new cars. I appreciate any help out there.
