Setting radio presets as default view?

Setting radio presets as default view?
Is there a way to set Radio Presets as the default view when getting to the radio screening?
It's stupidly annoying to have to scroll through the multitude of FM stations. Or change it to preset view every single time the car starts. I know we get 8 presets, but now that I finally discovered HD Radio (it's turned OFF by default???) I've added a lot more presets.
It'd be nice to scroll through those 15 only.
