OK guys...rehashing this topic.
I just emailed Mashell again over at Sto N Sho - Quick Release Front License Plate Bracket to see if there's any updates on the '18 S5 plate holder, waiting for her response.
When we last talked, she asked if there were changes from the '17 model and I told her it was a total refresh...if how the plate would mount, I'm not sure.
Apparently some holes needed to be drilled on the previous model, here's some pictures of Mike holding the prototype against the previous gen and I sure would like if someone here could crawl under their car and take a similar picture from the same angle...I will email that to her and hopefully we'll have a production piece out there soon.
You can see how much lower the new plate would mount here:

Here's how the previous gen mounted...not like the F-Type at all, nothing needed drilling:

Can someone please take a picture like this from THIS exact same angle so I can send it to Mashell and Mike to determine if this '16 bracket will work on the '18 model...would really appreciate it!
Also, an approximate distance from where this mounts to the very front of the car would help as well.

Hey thanks for that...it appears the overhang on the 18's are less than the previous generation.
Sent to Mashell, will wait on her reply.

Here's her response...working on a Sunday even!
Hi John-
Mike is actually going to the Audi dealership this week to work on the 2018 models and finish up some of the 2017’s. I will let you know what he finalizes ASAP.

Just heard back from Mashell, Mike did go to the Audi dealer and has confirmed he'll have a version for the B9's soon.
They are headed off to SEMA and will probably have it completed and ready to ship shortly after that...just in time for my delivery.
Stay tuned guys...
