two thumbs up for the S sport seats...
I've got to say I was skeptical but after some 2400 km I think that these seats are more comfortable than the seats in my 2010 M3 coupe or 2014 435i xDrive coupe. A very simple criterion: if I drove with my wallet in the right back pocket of my jeans for more than an hour I would feel discomfort in my right buttock/thigh, with the S5 Sportback I fell no such discomfort. And while I too find the seemingly random inflating of the lumbar support and bolsters weird, there is no doubt that the support is very good.

I agree with the sport seats in general .... but my one pet peeve is that the seats don't seem to retain the amount of bolster adjustment I put in them as part of the seat memory. I have to adjust side bolsters if I want every time I get in the car. Am I missing a setting or something?

looking forward to your findings...
But "seat of the pants" my seat inflates in two stages. I don't feel the lumbar support inflating until a few minutes into the ride.
