Can't blame you for worrying. No one in the history of joyriding has taken easy on the car. You should avoid valet from now on, get a dash cam (or two) and use the valet function in the app.

i would totally keep escalating up the chain until I receive some sort of acknowledgement, assurance, or compensation. If the hotel doesn't give a crap, then go to the chain's HQ,, Sheraton, Marriott, SPG, etc.. I would completely social media the crap out of it so the entire world knew. Who knows if the valet curbed it, got caught on a photo radar, or worse? I get evanseric21's views,, but this is an enthusiast forum,, & I would think majority of ppl on here would be pissed and want to do something. Some ppl baby their cars as if they were their kids - if someone abused your kid,, you'd be pissed too.

I wonder how many of those 15 miles were with all 4 tires off the ground? That Owl camera sounds even better now.

It was, probably, upside down, and on fire, that would be my guess,. I can understand frustration in this situation, but also think at this point it is wasted effort. If excess mileage was noticed upon return of the car, than that is the time to deal with it immediately...

I refuse to valet my cars. I ask to self park and I tip generously for allowing me to do so.
When the Dodge Challenger first released in 2009(After the limited 2008 SRT release), I picked up one of the first R/Ts to hit the road. I had to valet for a event and I heard the engine growling from the garage as the car sped through. That car was a nightmare to valet, everyone wanted to see what could do. There was no marketing for the car, so nobody knew what it was.
