Default Weathertech for sportback
Hello fellow sportback owners.

I wanted to share that the 2017 A4 weathertech mats (front, back, trunk) are the exact same as for the sportback.

My friend just received is A4 package and i tried it in my SB. Fits like a glove.

I'm a bit surprised that the trunk mat fits both. I would have thought the sportback mat would be larger.

When I go to the website it says they don't even have the 2017 A4 mats?

Link please? This will work with S5 sportback yes?

Cant say I'm shocked by this. I was recently trying to decide between an A4 and A5 SB and found a British review site that measured the "boot" space between the 2 as identical up to the tops of the rear seatbacks.

I can confirm the Weathertech A4 rears fit the S5 Sportback perfectly, and I thought they were better than the Audi ones in having a side edge to hold in liquid. They are toddler-tested now and held up well holding in a milk spill!

I've got the A4 trunk liner on order now, hope you're right about the fit.

In the trunk, are the tie-down hooks accessible somehow through the WeatherTech liner? I think they are in the OEM liner.

This is the only reason I would refrain from getting the trunk liner... use the tie-down mesh on a daily basis.

Mine will be showing up tomorrow I think -- I bet it will be easy to cut out the tie-downs should it fit and I decide to keep it.
