Well it's official...
 

I won't have my new car before I leave for vacation on Sunday...drats. :mad:

The recall has been completed and the stop sale will be cleared tomorrow, delivery will begin on Monday putting it at the dealership either that day or Tuesday...missed it by that much!

In spite of two Audi reps seemingly working overtime to make this delivery a reality, the recall combined with the holidays and a new port in Benicia just forced it out of my hands.

I was assured the car will never be outside once it's PDI'd and cleaned, it'll be stored in the showroom or one of their warehouses.

I did receive the MSRP today which still reflects the CFG Carbon Fiber package that won't be on the car, a new adjusted Maroney will be issued reflecting the correct pricing.

Oh well...it's only been just over 6 months, not much I can do at this point but dream about it while I lay on the beach...relax I shall. ;)

Did I miss something?
Was the recall concerning the carbon fiber exterior pieces?
At least delivery is coming soon! A 6 month wait is a long time, but I assume you have an exclusive color?

How did yours take six months? Mine took four and we ordered at the same time. We got on a boat at the same time!

My S5 SB arrived at the dealership today. Finalizing numbers tomorrow, picking up the car next week. Can't wait.

There has been a lot of threads on this car, and I'm not trying to be a hater, but it looks like a fully loaded Daytona S5 coupe... couldn't you have just gotten another one in the states before this came in?

This has to be a spec that exists and can be bought, I saw many of the color and leather combo in my search.

Just stared a LONG process for a Audi exclusive B9 Allroad. My 2017 was bought back by Audi and now I have to wait really long. Oh well.
