I've tinted just about every car I've ever leased with most of them being sold at lease-end but those few that were turned in, tint was never mentioned.

Now if it were 5% limo tint that might be another story...

As long as the tint is not obviously illegal and/or ripped and in poor appearance, a leasing company is not going to even notice the tint on the car, nor will the inspector even know if it was there when the car was originally leased.
