This is for 2019 A5 Sportback
1. Cup holder (like everyone else)
2. Not grab bar in the front passenger seats
3. Back windows not roll down all the way.

Agree about the cupholders, but I have adjusted for the most part. I actually prefer not having a grab handle for the front passenger seat because it distracts me when overly nervous passengers begin grabbing that handle every time I cross an intersection or take a turn. Now I can tell them to sit still and not distract the driver.

It's like a baby A7, but those two lacking features are a bit of a shame, and I have the Prestige version. Otherwise, I love my new Sportback!
I had a 2012 A7, and toward the end of my ownership experience (2016-2017), I had multiple times where the screen would not unfold and open from the retracted position within the dash. Dealer couldn't find anything mechanical, and of course, the car would not cooperate and remain stuck closed on the times I was conveniently close to the dealer. When that happened, I could hear radio, but not see or use the NAV. I agree that sytlistically, the current screen looks awkward, but at least it's ALWAYS visible.

That's me as a passenger The other day when I picked up the car, my friend drove it. I tried to grab the bar about 10 times.

Although I use it on the driver side for stretching and life up my butt sometimes. I kind of need that when sitting too long in the car and also because i'm short and sit very close to the wheel.

This is intentional and due to the fact that, depending on the size of the driver and the seat position, this area tends to be a contact point that rubs against the center console creating noise. Leather-on-plastic noise is real! I'm glad it's cloth. It was the same in my 2012 A5.

Is the trim on the doors and sides of the console real leather or fake?

Console is leather but the doors are vinyl (assuming you have the Nappa leather package).

I have the Nappa leather seats. Ok good to know, so I shouldn't bother using leather cleaner/conditioner on the doors, just regular cleaner. Are you sure about the console sides though? They seem so similar to the door, it's not as delicate as the seats leather.

I thought the Nappa leather option gives you at least leather arm rests on the doors and on the sides of the console.

The order guide actually says "Fine Nappa leather covered center console and door armrests" under the Fine Nappa leather package.
