What id the exhaust mode doing in drive select on the B9 A5?

I can definitely hear a difference with it in Dynamic over Comfort.
It sounds awesome under load inside and out. I might remove the intake top baffle (like I would if I do an intake) but keep the stock tube and filter. Basically same thing as a intake no power difference but I like to hear the sound.

I can hear the blow off for sure and with the hood open it is noticeable, love to hear it with the baffle removed.

Is there some additional blow off with the DV valve in dynamic or in the exhaust?

The exhaust mode only controls the two electronic valves by the mufflers.

In the A5 are there actually electronic valves in the exhaust? Or is it just the Soundaktor(resonance speaker) which was also on previous S4/S5?

Both, you have electronic valves in the exhaust system and a Soundaktor under the dash.

Wow cool, it is a noticeable difference.

Wish it could be a little more grunt at idle, maybe VAG mod to leave valve open more.
