I was not aware that changing wheel offset affects scrub radius and thus handling. Because I tend to prioritize function over form, I read on the subject but still have a few question...

From my understanding, both wheel offset and tire diameter affect scrub radius, right?
From a geometry stand point, is there something else that will affect suspension geometry and/or scrub radius? I assume, width is irreverent, right?
How to make the wheel flush with the fender w/o affecting handling?
