Same here, button 5 is missing the wide vent control.

It is possible Audi USA deleted or moved the wide vent on/off button for the 2019 models?

I believe if you push up on the control, the open/close function for the wide vent is above the sync setting. The wind blowing graphic is the only indication. If you see it, the vent is open. If you don't see it, the vent is closed.

There's nothing above sync for me.

They deleted it from 2019 models. Never looked close enough though to see if it's now permanently opened or closed.

They didn't clean up the manual. I'm not going to sweat this one (or will I?). I'll mention it next time I go in just so they know.

The last source of trustworthy information 'word of mouth' is from the dealers. There's been too many complaints from buyers after the fact about stuff the dealership said was true when in fact t wasn't and vice versa. .02

That vent has felt like just a curiosity for me. It seems like a good idea, but neither I nor my passengers could ever feel any meaningful airflow out of it regardless of the setting. Since the physical vent is still there, I suspect that it's just always open in '19s.
