Default Washer fluid spec

Is it a specific fluid I’m supposed to use or I can mix glass cleaner with water and I pour in the washer container.

In my previous cars I had always used the green RainX fluid but apparently the fluid level sensors in Audi cars are sensitive to chemicals in the RainX and lots of threads about the sensor fouling on various forums (believe there was a lawsuit as well). So I have been using Prestone fluid for my Audi with no issues. VW makes a washer fluid concentrate as well that you can pick up at the dealership if you want to be 100% safe. I would not suggest putting in Windex in the car.
