In all my searching for pre-owned A5 coupes nationwide USA, I only found the Continental or the Hankook summer tires on the 19" wheels. Mine came with the Continental 5P and it was originally delivered to Tennessee. I would have preferred the Hankook - better performance and far better longevity. C&D tested A5 coupe with Continental 19" and then A5 convertible with Hankook 19" - the Hankook provided better grip and braking numbers despite the convertible being a heavier vehicle.

I run the Nokian Hakka R2's for winter (245/45/R18) on the OEM 18" wheels. They are absolutely confidence inspiring in the snow and suitable for the worst new england winters (this is not one of them, its 70 today lol)
Currently looking at my summer setup. I want to get something nice in 19" wheels that can transfer to the RS5, still need to check if the wheel specs are the same or if the RS5 needs a lower offset. Either way the tires will be Michelin PS4S, I dont mess around with budget tires.

Tire Rack doesn't show the Hankooks as OE, even though they stock them. Perhaps Audi changed the supply chain in North America, or it is simply a mistake? Oddly neither Tire Rack nor Pirelli Canada show the 245/40 R18s in non run flat Sottozero 3s that Audi supplied for my car.

agreed on the 4Ss...
Yes, I noticed the same discrepancy on Tire Rack when I was researching what 19" summer tires were options for the A5 coupe. My guess it is a Tire Rack mistake. They are probably using some database provided to them that has it wrong. Maybe I'll email them and see what they say. For my next set of tires, I'm planning to buy Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. I had Michelin PSS on my previous car and thought they were great.

I ordered my S5SB with 18's to handle the rough NJ roads. Came equipped with the Bridgestone Potenza S001 summer tires which I ran through all summer. I liked them a lot, but once they wear out they will be replaced with the Michelin PS4. A absolutely loved the Pilot's on my last S4.
For the winter months I'm running Michelin Pilot Alplin PA4. It's not as much as a 'snow' tire like the Dunlop Winter Sport 3D's that I used to run. They give me a little less performance in the snow than the 3D's but still gets me through. The upside is that these tires are just fantastic on cleared roads. The Dunlops were extremely noisy, the point where it sounded like a rubbing issue (it wasn't). The PA4's are dead quiet, have great traction in the dry and I'm less concerned taking them out on a freak 75 degree day like we are having right now.

Appreciate all the great commentary. I've updated the first post with many of the tires mentioned so far.
EDIT:
More commentary on 2 of the all-season tires and how they compare
