Default 05 Allroad Air suspension failure

Hi. My 05 Audi Allroad sat for 2 years and now the air suspension will not work. It does have the fault light on the dash. The pump will not kick on. I have checked the fuses the relay and even changed the pump. Still, when I start the car, nothing happens. I still have the light on the dash and the car is still sitting on the ground. Anyone have any ideas?

Default Additional Information

I tested the old pump and it still works. So the problem seems to be that the power just isn't getting to the pump. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

this could be a rookie comment, did to try to reset it------- check out the instruction on "jack mode"
I had an allroad that sat during the summer months ---I only drive it in **** weather. The battery ran down, and when I put in a new battery some how it ended up in "jack mode"---------I can't explain that, but when I went thru the process to take it "out of jack mode" it worked.............that was 3 years ago......

Default Thanks

Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately I live out in the stix so can't get the car to anybody who has a fault code reset tool. And I tried taking it out of jack mode, but that did not do anything. And yes, definitely a rookie poster. This is my first time posting on any kind of form.

VAG code reader on Ebay from 20 - 400 USD. The cheap one can read and delete fault code only.

my thinking is that if sharing some undocumented fix----its worth throwing it out for consideration / not criticism
