Default 12 volt power off of the fuse box

I'm trying to hardwire my new garmin nuvi, and bought a 12volt accessory outlet. I was planning on wiring it into the fuse box. Are all the spots 12V? The fuse box cover also indicates that #43 is Radio (A6), and there is no fuse there...? Any suggestion on where to run the power and ground wires in the fuse box?

Default Hey Jon - personally I'd wire....

..to the main terminal (number 34?) under the kickpanel, and stick a fuse right next to the ring terminal you'd use to engage the stud. I'd personally stay away from the fuse box proper.
