2001 Audi 2.7T Allroad p0300 with 0154 codes

2001 Audi 2.7T Allroad p0300 with 0154 codes
Hello,
Looking for input on why both these codes would pop up on my audi. Car hs 153K was running perfect until recently.
I know the codes are for a random misfire and and bad O2 sensor. The car has a rough idle, and hesitates on acceleration pretty bad, can't seem to go past 60.
Check engine will flash during acceleration sometimes
Any input is appreciated
