Default 2003 AllRoad Transmission Issue

I spent quite a bit of time researching here and can't seem to find another issue like the one I am having. I bought an AllRoad convinced it had the flooded TCM but it turns out that is not the issue. I get two codes 17114 and 18265. When I put the car in reverse or drive it just revs and slightly moves. If it revs high enough it slams into limp mode then moves. I changed the fluid and it was a watery grayish/black color. While I had the car off the ground I put it into gear and once the wheels would get to a certain revolution I could hear some weird clunking/rotating type noise from the transmission (assume).

Ideas please...

Regarding the transmission, replace oil and filter, check for chips on the magnets and pray for good
First check the fault codes in the engine control unit (ECU) repair and clear ( code 18265)

Perhaps coolant got into your transmission and soaked (ruined) the clutch linings as they're hygroscopic. I believe this can occur if there's a leak at the heat exchanger (transmission cooler).

I don’t have any signs of loss of coolant. Here’s a pic of the fluid. Still only getting code trans 17114 & O2 sensor and 17965 charge pressure control from ECU. I haven’t dropped the pan yet. Wondering if I need to do that being that I feel the trans has to come out.

You’re right. I’ll change the fluid and filter and see what happens. Thanks for the reply’s.
