2018 Q5 - Ticking / Clicking sound from behind the dash

2018 Q5 - Ticking / Clicking sound from behind the dash
Hi,
I am new to the forum and new to owning an Audi. I am looking for help and input.
I recently bought a 2018 Q5. There is a very loud clicking sound that comes from behind the dash. The sound lasts for 2-4 seconds. On a 30 min drive, I hear it at least 7-10 times. I have taken the car to the dealership, who deem this sound normal. According to them and I believe Audi, this is a normal sound. The dealership assures me this sound can be heard on other 2018 Q5's as well hence nothing wrong with my car.
I can't imagine this being an acceptable sound given its volume and frequency. I can post a video of the sound if that will help.
Looking for input on what I can do here, other than selling the car for a loss.
