After changing LCD in cluster Allroad won't start... HELP...Please!

After changing LCD in cluster Allroad won't start... HELP...Please!
Hi All,
Any help would be appreciated.
I installed a new LCD in my cluster two days ago and after reinstalling I received the flashing "Key" light. I have read that it might have something to do with my immobilizer? Nothing was wrong with the car at all prior to changing the LCD, so I thought. I have a 2003 AR if that helps. So after a minute, I realized the car was not going to start, but when I left the cluster plugged in the speedo kept pulsing lightly. A friend came by and connected the vag and the photos below show whatever info was displayed
