Default Allroad - Automatic Gearbox Issues

Hi to all,

I recently purchased a 2003 Audi 2.5 diesel audi allroad. Car had been driving fine and I was getting great use of it during the last period of snow. On my last trip I drove through a pile of snow that had piled up in the middle of the road. It wasn't that high but I did hear it scrap of the bottom as I went over it. I drove for about 100 metres then I had to stop for oncoming traffic (we were down to single lane at this stage). I then put it onto drive but nothing happened. I tried all options D / R / 1 - 3 but to no avail. I pushing car in off the road and got it collected the follow day.

I pulled in the VCDS and am getting the following codes;

Is it possible that may have disconnected something underneath? I have access to a ramp over the weekend so I will be able to have a good look at it. There's a brand new battery in it so it's not that.

Any advice appreciated.

Is the comfort control modules the same thing as the transmission control module?

remove the bottom shield \ noise isolator at the bottom of the car and check for any damage to the electrical power plug that enter to the transmission (in the bottom part)

Update: Eventually managed to change the 'Transmission Range Sensor' (bit if a nightmare of a job) and that seem to sort out all the lights flashing up in the cluster at the same time. Unfortunately that's all it did as the car still does not drive. Initially my friend ran his Ross software (I think that's what its called) and the above codes were coming up. After installling the TRS we then cleared the codes. Now when we run software again nothing comes up. It there any way that the software can see if the gearbox is working, and if so how do you test it? At this stage I'm stumped.

Thanks for previous advice.

No. They are on different sides of the car. Your TCM is under the passenger seat.
