Default Allroad timing chain

This is what the dealer told me:
“Timing chain stretching and tensioner is out 5 teeth. These engines are known to jump time at 7 teeth out. We recommend replacing as soon as possible.”
This is a 2015 Allroad with 85k miles. Has anyone heard of a timing chain needing replacement at 85k miles? I’m getting quotes for over $2,000 bucks.
