speed limit?

looking for a 2001 or 2002 ar with under 45k miles. the closer to maryland the better. i was hoping to spend less than 32k. any major advantages to a 2002 rather than an 01?

I've used Cars.com, Ebay and Autotrader to buy cars and one motorcycle... as long s you are careful and very specific, it can be a GREAT way to find hard-to-find cars that normally might not be available in your local marketplace the way you want.
