Default duhhh... I dont get it. How does that say turbo motors get synth?
I didn't see anything about turbos and many oils on the list are non synth? Just asking becuase I'm curious... I bought my car with 44k on it and it had never had synthetic.... My audi dealer said that was the norm. I'm planning upgrading to synthetic, but I have not yet.

Default its telling you by listing the spec.# that's for the ar
You can also call AoA customer care and ask them. They will tell you that all turbos get synth. Your dealer is being cheap.

Default 17-05-01 says all 05/06 get synth oil.
I think there is one for the 1.8T motors to use syn only, not sure about 2.7T before 05?
