anybody use loctite on bolts before mounting the wheels?...

I noticed the bolts are getting kind of rusty on the treads that engage into the wheel hubs.

I've used antiseize for years... on 6 different audis...

And the goop that Audi puts on the hub to wheel interface turns to glue in a year or two, such that you cannot get the wheel off roadside! So i wire-brush the hub and anti-sieze that also. One treatment lasts me 5 years nicely. Disclaimer: you're on your own, but I have Never had an antiseized lug nut come loose accidently.
