PISSSSSS, ha;y pal. If you go and stand on the corner in town by the Eddy Bauer store at noon
with a audi pin in you hat, you will be contacted. They will want some old Campi grupo part, brake leavers and derailers. Were a brown coat, and lean causule up next to the ar with a cup of cold coffee. Pass word: TIP, your answer: Never.

I had my wife's NB 1.8T APRed at Stuttgart Autotech in Lake Oswego.
They did a good job and have good service. If I were to get my allroad APRed, I'd take it there.

Stuttgart Autotech

I wish I had kept some of that old Campy stuff laying around. BTY starting with a TIP chip and
waiting on engine chip until I get a good feel for what the TIP chip can do.
PS Moto I am glad you did not say Starbucks corner!

I look back at some of the old groupo's I have had and it was nice then, and
I only know about the Baure corner because we spent a Saterday morning in Portland last July after our room in Gig Harbor WA was given away and we didn't find a Vacancy untill Portland. But when I was a kid, I had an uncle that had a Body Building Gym on the NE side of town. (we'er talking early 70s) Right now Im happy with my TIP, I don't need harder snappy shifts. So no chip for it.

I also had my APR chip installed by Stuttgart
George did a good job - I haven't had any problem in 22K. However, I don't think they are a GIAC dealer - and that's the only TIP chip I know of. I don't think APR makes one.

I'm a cross poster from A6. Jeremy at Matrix Engineering recently did a tip chip in my 99 Avant, and performed 50K maintenance at the same time. They carry GIAC products. His prices are fair, and he took care of me very well. I plan on taking it back in soon to do my 2.8 valve cover gaskets, timing belt, h20 pump, etc.
