later calipers. Interested in backdating to the HP2's. Several folks with A6's have who have traded their earlier HP2 equipped cars for newer A6 2.7's have said that the brakes just don't feel as good on the track. More caliper flex and poorer braking.

I know the calipers will bolt on, but don't know if there are differences in ABS, proportioning valves etc. Know of 2 sets of HP2's off of S4's that were upgraded to big brakes and can be had cheap.

All you would really need to check is the most recent ABS p/n on the HP2 cars and compare to yours. That will tell you if they changed anything to match the 1 piston G60's. My guess...they didn't.

I would just bolt them on. They didn't change the MC, so you'll have the assist to run them no problem.

I had them for a short time before the Stasis. They do feel much better than the ****ty single piston versions you have (and me too).
