Nebuchadnezzar

I just received my Philips Silver Vision bulbs, but then decided I don't want to sacrifice parking lights by going with the single filament bulb. So I was wondering if it would be possible to tint dual filament bulbs with a silver reflective tint to basically create my own dual filament silver vision bulbs... using the same tint eyeglass shops use to tint perscription lenses.

I may just paint them silver and leave the bottom 1/4 inch to allow for light to shine through, but tinting the bulbs seems like a better option.

Is this possible? I know, this is a bit extreme to get all the amber out of my lights during the day, but I'm an obsessive kinda guy.
