Anyone using H&R DRA bolt-in spacers? 20mm is a bit much, but I like the idea...

...of not having to mess with the spacer every time a wheel comes off. Seems to me there might be a slight strength penalty wihtout the straight-through bolts, and a definite wieght penalty with the additional hardware (upsprung weight, too).

Love to hear about any experience with these:

H&a mp;R DRA series spacers

Default I have those, love 'em, they are flawless...

A great piece of engineering, and thanks to them being hubcentric, NO vibrations.

I think having twice as many short bolts would be much stronger than having long bolts! And they are not heavy, they are actaully really light, I'd guess less than a pound each... I run them on the stock double spokes, just cuz it gives it a wider stance, handles better and the tires fill up the wheel wells nicely... (I know I might shorten the life of my wheel bearings doing this :\)

here are some pics for fun

Default that looks sick -

I like it... Are you sure they never rub the fenders? With mine 402'd all the way down it looks like there is only about 1mm of clearance there... hmmm... but hey, if it works it works.. I think that looks better than the Avus rims :P

What kind of dunlops are those? M3's?

Default any issues with torquing the spacer and then the wheels?

and what about the RE-torque proceedure, since you need to remove the wheel again to get to the spacers.
thx
