AR drivers! Do you think a new TCM would help the 60-75 shudder in an '03 AR (more)?

so far no luck in solving this dredded shudder. on 2001 and early 2002 cars, replacement of the TCM seemed to work. However, i have been told that the software was upgraded in mid-late 2002 and those who have that shudder in a 2003 AR would no benefit from the TCM replacemnt. Can anyone confirm this or is my dealer just blowing smoke? Thanks to all

Can you tell me where on the car, the shudder occurs...steering wheel/body? Also, what is a TCM. My 2002 AR is in the processing of being bought back by AoA for seven rotor warpages in 12K miles, less than 1 year old. If the TCM is responsible for the shudder...leading to the rotor warpage, AoA had better step up to the plate and take care of me, instead of jerking me around.
