Default Arnott's newest shocks? How to install? Pics.

Hi everyone, I'm replacing Arnott's old Bilstein shocks with their new ones. The old ones had two flat spots on the shaft to keep the shaft from spinning when installing or removing the top nut. The new ones have a smooth shaft BUT the shaft has a hex key hole in the top. The instructions say to use an impact wrench to tighten the nut onto the new shaft but obviously that isn't possible if you need a hex key sticking out to keep the shaft from spinning. What's the secret to getting these installed?

Thanks!

Notice the flat spots on the old shaft?
