Audi Accessories - Rear Window Shades

Audi Accessories - Rear Window Shades
Though the forum would like to see Audi's AR accessory window shades for the rear windows. The look is clearly not factory, but it's the best I've seen for aftermarket. Audi did the install. The total was $352 and to me worth every penny. You can even put the windows up and down even when the shade is up, unlike those suction type aftermarket shades.

Benz sells a machined aluminum set like that that fit the E class models; they simply
rest in place and slide/clip to the vertical metal window rear window post for horizontal locking plus they have a thin aluminum brace (also hidden from outside view) that locks them down vertically. They sell for about $89 each at a Benz dealer but look like they are worth a lot more. They have a u-clip at the top that clips over the window so the shade travels up/down with the window. You can sit in the front seat, run the windows all the way to the bottom, the clip automatically disengages, and you can roll the window back up minus the shade. The car also had a $500 electric rear window shade option that was slick. I had these on a 97 E320. When all three shades were up it was like a limo in the back.
