I had an ongoing and intermittent problem of the tire pressure monitor failure icon coming on. It started when the car was under warranty. The DLR could not determine the cause of the fault even when they had the fault occurring. My car went out of the Four year warranty and the fault continued to happen. Last month I dropped my car off at 3:00 in the afternoon (unannounced) and asked them to attempt to remedy it. I was cool about it. They were cooler. They gave me a (NEW with six miles!) '06 A8L for a week while they tinkered with it. It did not get fixed after a week. I took my car back one more time when the fault occurred 90% of the time the car was running. Two days later it's fixed, cured, remedied after the factory warranty had expired. I could not think of a better place to have purchased this high maintenance car.

because I'm through with the **** service and incompetence at Walter's in Riverside. MV or Commonwealth in Santa Ana is the next closest dealer. Both are a 100 mile round trip though.

Got our ar from them, it was a long distance sale(over 1000 miles), but they took care of all the little problems that they could have pawned off to my local dealer. They made The sale as easy as posible considering the logistics of it.
