Audi stops honoring to fix alignment problem
Just bring my car for 20K service and the dealership said AOA stop honoring to fix alignment problem ? Anyone heard this before ? My allroad is certified pre-owned and the service rep. said AOA changed the policy a while back.

If I had the problem and they wouldn't fix it, I'd start legal proceedings. First thing would be a firmly worded letter from my lawyer.

I am going to check with AOA on this issue. I also think this is a bunch of BS. If I found out my dealer is playing games, I think AOA deserves to know that.
