Best place to purchase ecu for '03 allroad?
#2
Check the number of the ECU, maybe some over here can help with that...
and what kind of ar: Tip or MT?
You could perhaps find one out there but in the end you'll need a dealer to re-activate all the Gizmos in your car (immobilzer etc pp..).

Tip or AT???? Sniffing 93 octane fumes are we? and may not need dealer to ....
reactivate immobilizer etc. APR's web site has links to instructions to do via VAG, though not all years and ECM's.

You'll need to VAG your car to determine what you have....
My late '02 Tip has a 551M box which appears to be unique to allroad tips.
Paulroad had had a line on a couple some months back. Try a search under his screen name and see what comes up. But seems like the going rate is 400-500 for used.
