I have an 05, so that. Honestly both years are the same.
Look for service history, air suspension leaks, and most importantly, the timing chain guides. Some timing guides last for <100k miles, some last for 200k miles. Depends on how it was driven, cold starts, etc. You'll notice them going bad if you hear loud ticking coming from the engine. Slight ticking is usually ok but loud is no good. The lower the mileage, the better.
Also this "what to look for" question has been asked many times. Search around, there's some really in depth threads for this stuff. Almost all of the 2.7 parts that aren't engine related are the same as the 4.2 so that should help.
