Bought 2004 Allroad 2.7 6spd yesterday! Hello and questions!

You may want to take the car to another reputable shop to see what else they "missed". If they are cutting corners, you'll know. Control arms are especially good to watch for.

Congrats! Jealous you have the Hotchkis - the body roll is the only thing that sort of bothers me about the car.
I'm relatively new here, with a 2001 6SPD I picked up a few months ago.
Mine has taken more than it's fair share of TLC since I bought it, but it has returned with an inspiring driving experience, and really, Audi Avants are some of the best looking cars on the road.

Called the local audi dealer and lucked out on getting service records!
Looks like the previous owner had it serviced every 10,000 miles and took great care of it. Even better it appears at 75k service they replaced water pump, thermostat, and tensioners. I can ONLY assume they replaced the timing belt at this time as well because I have no idea why they wouldn't with it already taken apart.

Thats great news. They did replace the timing belt, it's part of the service.

Congrats, I love my AR but the tip trans is a NIGHTMARE, plus dealers suck, lie, and cheat...
Great people on the forum and tons of info...
Here are some things I would look at since you just picked it up...
My fan clutch went 10K after the belt was done. Might be something to check for wear.
Valve Gaskets, cam seals and rear diff seal known to leak.
Checks boots on front axles, once torn pretty much need new axles. Raxles is the best for replacement without going to dealer. Do not buy cheap chinese knockoffs, I know from experience.
Is the pump for your air suspension loud? Means its on its way out...
Enjoy the car, wish mine was a manual, if it was I would put $ into it to keep it going without hesitation, especially after all I have repaired on mine...
