It's official AR/avant crew, the first ever Camp Allroad event in Colorado Springs is going to happen! We have a lot of promising developments on this. More details will be released soon, just keep the weekend of July 18th free! Hope to see a lot of you there, stay tuned for more details as they will be posted on the site below.

This is going to be something big! No one is profiting from this, it is just a HUGE gathering we are planning with lots of festivities planned. Lots of participation and events will be there for us all. Anyone that is willing to help out please let me know. Lots of events and goodies will be released soon. First big event we have released is a Track Day on Saturday 7/18 @ Pikes Peak International Speedway

Evening AW.

If anyone is interested, Camp allroad has a "member" heading to SOCALERO on Sunday and will be Instagraming like a madman if anyone wants to follow.

Also, Ricam got stuck with managing a twitter account this week to get the word out about the event, so if that's your thing let me know how I am doing.

I expect all of you avant owners to be in CO in July. The event list and interested folks is getting pretty exciting!

Not a twitter/tiddly/dum or FailBook user, but apparently Audi is paying attention via those forms of communication, so if you're an AVANT fan, we need to keep reminding Audi we prefer wagons to SUVs. This event might help.

Any way to get a stickey going?

I mentioned this event to my wife and she basically said that she is going whether I go or not. ;-) Looks like we're going to make the trek from Oregon next year.

Great to hear! There will be a lot of wives and kids there from what we can tell so far. Lots of effort is going into making it not just an event for the car guys to enjoy

Default Great motivation for car camping road trip!

Next Saturday I'll join the (sm)allroad community with purchase of a 2014 Dakota Gray Metallic Premium Plus w/ MMI NAV+, B&O, and Sport interior. It was to replace our B5 Avant (15.5 yrs and 204k miles with us). But our Pearl B5 really can't be replaced, and we can't seem to let her go, so we'll live on as a two Avant, three Audi family for a while.
