Cleaning Double Spoke Wheels
Anyone used a power washer to clean the double spoke wheels - want to make sure that there is no build up of sand this winter but am afraid of damaging wheels.
Thanks,

3/4 inch diameter round paint brush with 1.5 inch long bristles to clean between spokes.
I jam it in between the spokes to clean the hard to reach area especially the outside corners. If you give it a slight twirl and then jam in in with a back and forth motion it works. My pinky finger also just fits but doesn't take the wear and tear as well as the brush. I agree the twin spokes are tough to clean but worry about the sand blast effect of too much pressure from anything more powerful than the normal garden hose. I'm afraid a power pressure washer would jam the sand between the twin spokes.

Re: I've used my power wash on them with no problems.
The power washer is electric so it's not too strong. Hold it sprayer back a ways from the wheel. Still needed to use a soft brush to clean them up well. I use the air compressor and a quick wipe with a towel to dry. Try some Eagle One Wax as u dry spray on the wheels. Helps with cleaning them and is easy to apply.
