Compatible CD Changer for '01 AR?
Hi, new to the site. I've been on the market for a compatible changer for my '01 AR. Tried to connect a Panasonic changer from my '03 GTI (and was also in my '00 Jetta), has proper 12 pin, but the Symphony does not read it. I've been on eBay, but finding 8 and 12 pin changers that say they'll work on the AR. Thoughts?

Panasonic DP610 changer
...is what I had in my GTI and Jetta (and what I planned on using in the AR). I found an article that states that the Panasonic DP610 changer is compatible with the Symphony stereo. When plugged into the back, I can hear the magazine being read. When I run the coding (and please tell me if I'm doing something wrong here), I hold down the #4 preset, then turn on the head unit. If it's a compatible changer, it should read "CONNECT", but it's reading "NO CDC". Am I missing something here?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
