Cyl 1 open circuit

Cyl 1 open circuit
Hey guys I have a question. I have a 01 AR stage 3 and it says that cyl 1 has a open circuit. I changed the coil since it has the 2.0 conversion, and that didn't help. ECS said it was more than likely the injectors. Has anyone else had this problem?
