This kills me, your block 02 is what I spent 2.5 hours searching for thursday. I thought my surging prob may have been my MAF and the best I could do with the freaking x-mas traffic was a 6th gear 50 - 75 run and go a max of 142.3 g/s. Time stamp 1.51... would have saved me alot of time.

Default Keep in mind that allroad2001 is running K04s so you will never flow what he is flowing

My stage 2 with Darintake and cat back exhaust tops out close to 260 g/s.

Default Just my thoughts ...

"Block 03"
RPM MAF MAF/RPM
3160 174.5 0.055221519
3560 193.19 0.054266854
3920 217.42 0.055464286
4280 236.03 0.055147196
4720 263.53 0.055832627
5160 280.72 0.054403101
5560 297.47 0.053501799
5960 308.03 0.051682886
6240 311.64 0.049942308
6520 313.03 0.048010736

1)
In "Block 03", the volumetric efficiency begin decreasing after about 5000RPM, assuming the boost curve was like "Block 115".
But from "block 02", the "Injection time" did not decrease after 5000RPM.
2)
In "Block 03", the "Ign timing" is really low at high RPM, but still had timing retard via knock in "Block 20+21", assuming the curve of the RPM of "Block 20+21" is like other blocks.

From 1) and 2), I think the engine was too hot at high RPM. This causes the more fuel and the less "advanced timing".
Maybe "Block 112" can help.

All above are just my guess, and not confirmed.

No O2S logs, maybe I can pull it later today.
The injectors are OEM RS4 and the MAF is OEM Hitachi...if that helps...

I'll need to make some changes first based on what Tantrumwerks advised. Please see main response to this post.

Default Thank you Gentlemen for all the suggestions, I really appreciate it. Temp Sensor will get changed

and in addition there is something else, also very important I believe.

Remember the good old Cat Conv Bank 1+2 Treshold exceeded DTC?
Daryl from Tantrumwerks send a message on that: the O2 sensors are supposed to be mounted AFTER the Cat, mine were mounted before the cat (using the OEM as an example). So this will have to be changed too.

Could it be that this flaw in the O2S install is causing or helped significant to show such screwed up timing?

In my memory, the post-cat O2S doesn't affect the performance. But this flaw should be corrected.
