Default Defogging

With the recent cool, damp weather I've finally started using the defogging setting on the climate control. I've been really disappointed in how long it takes to remove the fog from just the windshield, never mind the side windows.

My previous Volvos got rid of the fog in a matter of seconds.... I would never think of going back, but nonetheless it is surprising.

I wonder if the A/C isn't kicking in to help with the dehumidifying?

Thanks for any assistance.

Default I notice that defogging the interior takes longer when the engine is cold.

If it's not snowing, just turn up the bun warmers and crack the windows.

Default Re: Defogging

Also make sure the economy mode is not on. I've found that the defogging is virtually non-existant in economy mode.
