I did look on allroadfaq.com and I didn't see it anywhere.

I forgot is the color spirit or sprint blue?

I think that AW member K2Audi has this color.

I am considering this car as an alternative for my 2002 A6 2.7T 6 speed sedan.

Default It's sprint, but we often refer to it simply as Olympic blue. (m)

10 were built for the SLC Olympics and later sold. However, it's possible that some were later special ordered in that color. In any case, they will definitely be hard to come by.

Default IIRC one has been wrecked and the ones that were for the Ski Federation were all TIPs

if you search there is a link the PR about them at the time of the Olympics...search for German Ski Federation and it might pop up. BTW it is a cool color.

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like they may be very hard to come by. I wonder if K2 want to sell =)

Default I can live with a TIP. I travel a lot and stop and go traffic gets old in a 6 spd.

I went from an 01 a6 tip to the 02.

Tips aren't so bad =)

Default We've got one in Ohio . . .

Although, it's currently in shop for a leaking front right air spring. Still don't want to sell it.
