yes........my fogs are drl's and I have zenons.....it's a Canadian thing eh.....

interesting... Canadian S4's came with no xenons or fogs, allroads got both. Hmmm.

VAG codes can give you dtrls.. just give a search..

I have imported my US spec car to Canada and have to have DRLs activated. Dealer had a look a week ago and hoped they could do a VAG switch but alas, not to be. It takes a whole re-wiring of the lighting system, going to take about 4 hours labor and some parts. Total cost will be in the $500 Cdn range [labor at $95/hour].

I had hoped I could find a hack that would just jump between relays but no one offered one up and I am not skilled or patient enough to figure it out


FWIW I am driving a 2002 ar. and FWIW my Porsche Boxster cost a fraction of that to switch over AND there was a $20 hack I could do myself if I wanted to just run with the Xenon lights as DRL, but I decided to have it done right.
