Default Drove a Touareg for a week while allroad fan was being fixed...so happy to be back in the AR

The Touareg is so deceptive. The suspension is surprisingly tight - too tight. The allroad is so much more compliant over rough roads. Although I do think the T-reg chassis is stiffer.

Throttle tip in on the V8 with automatic is way too sudden. Neck snapping. And that's just the first 1/10th of the gas pedal. You don't get much more beyond 1/4 throttle. What's the point of the other 3/4?

The truck is wide and short. Space behind the rear seats is embarrassing. Parking is easy thanks to its baby-brother-of-allroad mirror controls.

What else? Plastic-ey accessory controls. HVAC, radio, you name it. Junk. Tire pressure sensors go haywire (flat tire and faulty tire warnings all the time). Key FOB is crazy. It sometimes unlocks all doors, sometimes just the drivers, and the rear hatch is a mystery.

Not a -bad- truck, but I prefer many others.
