Drum Role please........

I have finally driven (as a passenger) in my son's 97 A4.

All systems actually work, including the stand alone ECU.

After all the set backs and costs (to him)..the car is on the road. He had to redo the timing belt on his own yesterday. No guide except web guys and he did it.

The ECU has a basic baseline map and allowing a ver smooth engine. Only at 5 PSI and it feel -SOP- very strong.

More to come in a few weeks.

When he comes back to Hartford...

...I want a ride.

paulroad 07-26-2007 05:50 AM

He may be charging for rides..

10PSI @ 25.00
15PSI @ 30.00
30PSI @ 150.00 + a waiver.

Need photo, have him park next to you so photo will have allroad content.

You need one of those "Audi Family" photos with your wife's Audi in there too.

Now...

get your daughter in a gently used B5A4 and you'll have the whole family outfitted:) My younger daughter is torn in her wishful thinking betweeen wanting mine and some of the nice A4's we've seen around...especially a nice black one (doesn't want red, knows that got her sister in some trouble I guess:).
